Our Services

Mason Concepts offers a wide spectrum of employment services. We provide the flexibility and options to service all of your employment needs. Our services include but are not limited to:

Regular Employment, this is generally a contingency fee based service. We provide talented professionals who match position specifications, for client companies to evaluate and hire as regular employees.

 

Contract Services, this service is based upon a pre-agreed rate. This allows a client company to utilize a talented Mason Concepts employee on a temporary or contract basis. Thus eliminating payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, sick pay, vacation pay and administrative costs associated with employment from your corporate expenditures. Mason Concepts handles it all. Companies pay just the pre-agreed upon rate.

 

Temporary to Hire, this service allows our client companies to hire a Mason Concepts employee who has been working at the client site on a temporary assignment. The cost of this service is a conversion fee based on the duration of the contract assignment. This service provides a great opportunity for both employer and contractor alike to evaluate each other prior to entering into a long term employer/employee relationship.

 

Payroll Services, Mason Concepts will put any or all of your employees on our payroll for a small fee. This service will eliminate the cost and inconvenience of administering payroll.
